What’s in the box?
The bag and its detachable round pouch. The open panel on the back slides over a suitcase handle, so the bag rides on your case.
How long does delivery take?
10–30 calendar days from order, including processing, to the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. We email tracking when it ships. Customs or carrier delays can sometimes add time. If your order can’t arrive in that window, we’ll tell you.
What if my order is wrong, damaged or faulty?
Email info@smbbags.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or video. Once approved, we refund you in full to your original payment method. No need to send the bag back.
We process refunds within 5 business days; your bank may take 3–10 more. Your legal consumer rights are not affected, including any longer remedies your local law gives you.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
No, we don’t refund for a change of mind. You can cancel for a full refund before dispatch, usually within 24 hours of ordering.
If the bag arrives wrong, damaged or faulty, that’s different: you have 30 days, we refund you in full or replace it, and you don’t send anything back.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, before it ships. Email us as soon as you can and we’ll cancel and refund in full. After it ships we can’t promise a cancellation, but the 30-day cover above still applies if it arrives wrong, damaged or faulty.
