How we keep the prices down
We sell direct and ship straight to you. No distributor, no retail markup, no warehouse in the middle. That has one real trade-off: your order arrives in 10 to 30 days rather than two, and we say so plainly on the site and in our shipping policy rather than burying it. In exchange, a bag that would carry a much higher price tag in a shop costs what it costs here.
If something goes wrong
If your order arrives wrong, damaged or faulty, you have 30 days. We refund you in full or replace it, and you do not post anything back to us — return postage across an ocean costs more than the bag.
