1. Who you are buying from

This store is operated by LiveOnce LLC, trading as SMB Bags, of 5830 E 2nd St, Ste 7000 #29618, Casper, WY 82609, United States. Contact: info@smbbags.com. In these terms "we", "us" and "SMB Bags" mean that company.

2. These terms

By using this store or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the store. Our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy form part of these terms.

3. Who can order

You must be at least the age of majority where you live, and the information you give us must be accurate and current.

4. Products, prices and currency

We do our best to describe products and show colours accurately, but your screen may render them differently.

Prices are set in US dollars. Where your country is supported, the store displays and charges in your local currency at Shopify's conversion rate. The currency and the amount shown on the checkout page immediately before you pay are the ones that will be charged. Your bank may apply its own conversion or foreign-transaction fee on top; that is between you and your bank.

Prices can change without notice, but a change never affects an order already placed. We may limit quantities or decline an order — if we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.

5. Billing terms — what you actually pay

Before you confirm your order, the checkout page shows you the full amount you will be charged. That amount is made up of:

  • The price of the items in your order.
  • Shipping: free to the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, on every order, with no minimum.
  • Any sales tax or VAT that applies to your delivery address, shown as a separate line.

There are no handling fees, no subscription, and no recurring charges of any kind. We take payment once, at checkout, for that order only. Nothing is added to your total after you place your order.

Import duties are the one cost we cannot show you: they are charged by your own country's customs authority, not by us, and are the recipient's responsibility. See our Shipping Policy.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payment is processed by Shopify Payments and by PayPal; we never see or store your full card number.

6. Errors

If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price or with an incorrect description, we may cancel the order even after it is confirmed, and will refund you in full.

7. Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send dispatch confirmation. Payment is taken at checkout.

8. Delivery and returns

Delivery timing is covered in our Shipping Policy. Refunds are covered in our Refund Policy. In short: if your order arrives wrong, damaged or faulty you have 30 days for a full refund or a replacement, and you do not post anything back to us. We do not offer refunds for a change of mind, though you can cancel for a full refund any time before dispatch. None of this affects consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded where you live.

9. Liability

We are responsible for supplying products that match their description and are of satisfactory quality. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, and nothing here affects any statutory consumer right you have where you live — including, in Australia, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and, in New Zealand, your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

10. Your content

If you send us reviews, photos or other content, you give us permission to use it in connection with the store. Please do not send anything unlawful or that is not yours.

11. If something goes wrong

Email info@smbbags.com with your order number and we will reply. We aim to answer every message within two business days. Please try us before opening a chargeback — it is almost always faster.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection you are entitled to in your own country of residence.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published here at the time you order is the one that applies to your order.
