What fits in the bag, before and after expansion?
Closed, it works as a gym bag: a change of clothes up top, trainers in the separate lower section, and a towel in the lined damp-gear pocket. Unzip the base and it grows into enough room for a weekend away.
What is in the package, and how does the luggage sleeve work?
The package contains the Sports Duffel Bag and its detachable round pouch. The luggage sleeve is a panel across the back of the bag: slide it down over the extended handle of a wheeled suitcase and the bag rides on the case instead of your shoulder.
How long does delivery take?
10–30 calendar days from the date you place your order, including processing and transit, to the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Tracking is emailed once your parcel is dispatched. Customs checks or carrier delays can occasionally extend this range, and we will contact you if we learn your order cannot arrive within the promised window.
What happens if my order is wrong, damaged or defective?
Email info@smbbags.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reasonable clear photos or video showing the problem. Once the claim is approved we issue a full refund to your original payment method, and you do not need to ship the bag back. Refunds are processed within 5 business days; your bank or payment provider may take a further 3–10 business days to display it. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected, and this 30-day window does not limit remedies that your local law provides for longer.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
No — we do not refund for a change of mind. Your order travels a long way to reach you and that cost stands whether the bag comes back or not, which is part of how the price stays where it is.
You can cancel for a full refund any time before dispatch, usually within 24 hours of ordering.
If the bag arrives wrong, damaged or faulty that is completely different: you have 30 days, we refund you in full or replace it, and you do not post anything back.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, before fulfillment begins. Email us as soon as possible and we will cancel and refund in full if the order has not yet been processed or dispatched. Once it has been dispatched we cannot promise a cancellation, but a dispatched order that arrives wrong, damaged or defective is still covered by the 30-day problem policy above.
